✅ 1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit, or exchange.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
🚫 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Health and personal care products (e.g., supplements, creams, lotions)
- Opened or used items
- Perishable goods or food items
- Digital downloads or e-services
- Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Returned items must be in original condition, unopened, and unused.

For defective or incorrect items, Trustizo will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement, regardless of destination.
